We found 500 errors on the cloudgouv-eu-west-1 region from 4:36 PM to 5:26 PM on March 19th.
We identified the cause of the problem at 5:10 PM.
It was an unidentified side effect of administration actions on the platform.
The average error rate was 1.37% during this period.
The situation has stabilized, performance is nominal and the root cause has been clearly identified.
There is no indication of further deterioration.
