There was outbound network degradation through one of our transit providers, which manifested itself in a high percentage of packet loss. To address this, we disabled this transit provider at 12:49 UTC +2 and redirected flows to other forwarders in the Europe region. In order to return to a nominal level of service, we monitored the connection continuously until the quality of service was restored before putting it back into production.
